A Star Haiku ⭐️
I love the ending. It has a certain calm resilience to it. Mom is gone, but not gone. There is comfort in the stars.
Thank you, Margaret! Yes, so many reasons to look to the heavens!
Your last line yes she does wink and I believe the reminder is to look to the stars for inspiration and hope.
Absolutely! Thank you!
Breathtaking, beautiful, stark, profoundly comforting and lighthearted all at once, Kim - how DO you do it, in so few words?? I understand both the far-ness and the nearness. And the love, still shining on.
Fran, thank you! The love just keeps on! I get reminders - hawks, pennies, stars, ....she still finds her ways!
Wow, like Fran said! :) I love the farness of the star and the nearness of Mom's love.
Thank you, Denise!
